About the program

The Information Technology Diploma Program is a vocational course created to equip students with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Applications, Databases, and Information Security. This program is offered at all branches of the College in Arar, Rafha, and Turaif. It is a newly accredited program at Applied College that awards students a Vocational Intermediate Diploma Degree along with a Vocational Certificate after two and a half years of education and training and upon completion of 68 credit hours.

Objectives

• Equip students with professional vocational knowledge and skills to effectively handle the technical aspects of different organizations, ensuring the availability, stability, and security of essential technical services.
• Empower students to evaluate organizational requirements for computer systems, applications, and networks and to subsequently provide, set up, and optimize these systems to guarantee operational excellence while training personnel for proficient utilization.
• Foster students' proficiency in resolving diverse technical issues within organizations and impart methodologies for analyzing, designing, constructing systems, and assessing the technologies employed within the organization.
