The Administrative and Financial Unit is one of the support services units within the Applied College. It seeks to provide distinguished services to the administrative and financial bodies in order to improve the academic process and job efficiency by controlling administrative and financial procedures, reviewing them, and developing related tasks in light of the considered laws and regulations, in addition to applying strategies that support the improvement of operations and services in accordance with strategic objectives and the needs of developing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring/Managing the implementation of administrative and financial procedures for the college's employees.
Managing/Regulating the procedures of job performance evaluation.
Communicating with the General Administration of Human Resources at the university level.
Updating the electronic database of the college's employees.
Following up the maintenance and cleanliness works at the level of the college facilities and equipment.
Preparing periodic reports on the unit's work and achievements.
