About the Unit

Business Development Unit (BDU): One of the units affiliated to the support services of the Applied College, which strives to formulate and apply strategies to improve processes and evaluate the level of services to ensure the achievement of the current and future goals of the Applied College's outputs. in addition to recommending strategies to develop relationships between benefit partners, inside and outside the college, which contributes to achieving the desired objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Preparing an annual work plan, including assigning actions and responsibilities required for implementation.

2. Expanding the business by developing partnerships with the public and private sectors.

3. Following up on the performance of college graduates in their jobs and preparing related periodic development reports.

4. Formulating recruitment criteria and supporting this by attending recruitment events (courses, conferences, workshops, seminars, ...).

5. Building a database of scientifically and functionally qualified human cadres.

6. Evaluating the success indicators of the programs.

7. Preparing training plans for the college staff.

8. Supporting the digital transformation of the college.
