About the Unit
The unit is fully responsible for the admission and registration mechanisms at the Applied College, registering students in the available study programs and organizing the admission and academic registration procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Unit:
Coordinating with program supervisors and relevant units to create and register course schedules in the system.
Assigning courses to all students in all programs.
Distributing courses in classrooms and laboratories
Executing all academic transactions and requests for students admitted to the college or visitors, such as equivalencies, transfer, deletion and addition, withdrawal or apology, change of major, and matching for graduates.
Coordinating exam schedules in coordination with academic program supervisors.
Following up student transactions with the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
Preparing student statistics and submitting periodic reports
