Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing a database of training entities and determining the capacity.

  2. Preparing the strategic and executive plan for applied training at the college.

  3. Designing the applied training plans for all academic programs at the Applied College at Arar and its branches at Turaif and Rafha. 

  4. Proposing training organizations/institutions to absorb the trainee students in their organizations as per the nature of their requirements and the specializations of the prospective trainee students.

  5. Communicating with the training organizations at the headquarters in Arar and the branches in Tarif and Rafha so that the executive directors of the two respective branches follow up on the executive procedures in light of the approved training plan and submit periodic reports on the implementation of the training plan in the two branches to the unit through His Excellency the Assistant CEO for Support Services.

  6. Discussing training issues and seeking possible solutions in communication with the unit's representatives at the level of the headquarters in Arar and the branches in Turaif and Rafha.

  7. Preparing standardized forms for applied training in light of the nature of the tasks and data to be collected, and circulating these forms to work teams and training groups and directing them to make use of them in following up students throughout the applied training period.

  8. Submitting the final report of the applied training, including the philosophical and secondary background, the planning and implementation stages, and the evaluation plan, which identifies strengths and weaknesses and reveals challenges and opportunities, in addition to proposals for treatment, improvement, and development.

  9. Proposing memorandums of cooperation with training organizations in the community.
