In the name of Allah, praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions. 

In accordance with the decision made by His Excellency the University President and the resolution of the Council of University Affairs, No. (9/4/1442), dated 14th of September 1442 AH, the Community College is to undergo a significant institutional transformation. This transition will establish a new academic entity, officially designated as the Applied College, with the implementation date set for 18/12/1442 AH. 

The Kingdom's Vision 2030 aspires to establish an integrated society by enhancing scientific competencies by providing a wide range of knowledge and specializations tailored to the demands of the local labour market. This objective will be realized by implementing specialized programs that align with the education and training system, thereby creating job opportunities for national talent with high levels of applied training. These programs will also address the Kingdom's sustainable development requirements.

Consequently, the Applied College is committed to achieving its strategic objectives by facilitating an advanced and sophisticated educational experience for its students across various programs offered in the Arar University branches and the Rafha and Turif governorates. This initiative aims to address the specific needs that both governmental and private sector employers aspire to fulfill, thereby supporting graduates with distinguished knowledge and practical training. The college will adhere to the principles of digital transformation, which are essential for promoting progress and institutional development.

This initiative encourages state institutions to advance by cultivating an elite group of students who have acquired extensive and distinguished knowledge and training. Such preparation positions them to attract distinguished employment opportunities within the labour market. The focus is on investing in human resources, particularly graduates who exhibit excellence in their specializations. This approach aims to meet market needs and facilitate access to appropriate job opportunities that support sustainable development within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
